What does a functional analyst do on a Dynamics 365 project?
The functional analyst translates the business into the platform: gathers requirements, maps processes, runs the fit-gap, writes functional designs, manages the backlog and leads user acceptance testing. It is the role that decides whether the system fits the business or the business has to bend around the system.
Business Central is the all-in-one ERP for small and mid-sized companies: finance, sales, purchasing, inventory and projects on one evergreen cloud platform. Finance and Operations is the full suite for larger or more complex operations with advanced manufacturing, warehouse, retail and multi-entity finance needs. We assess your processes and volumes before recommending one.
It depends on the modules, the data to migrate and the integrations. A Business Central rollout for a small company is shorter than a multi-module Finance and Operations programme, which is delivered in phases. After discovery we give you a delivery plan with phases and milestones rather than a single guess.
Low-code when you need an internal tool in weeks over Microsoft data and the users already live in Microsoft 365. Custom code when the logic, the scale or the customer experience demands it, for example a customer-facing portal or a product you will sell. We choose the cheapest path that genuinely does the job.

Platform licences are paid to Microsoft and depend on users and modules; our fee depends on the phases and the days of analysis, configuration and project management involved. After discovery you receive a plan with the effort and cost per phase, so you can decide phase by phase.
Yes. For field and warehouse teams we often build on Power Apps or React Native with offline sync. For customer-facing apps we build cross-platform on React Native or Flutter and handle store publishing and maintenance.
