Automation & Integration

Your tools connected and the repetitive admin running itself, on Microsoft, n8n, Zapier or Make.

// how the system works

Six business tools wire up to a central flow hub and data pulses travel along each connection.

DigiAlto makes your systems talk to each other and makes the busywork run itself. We map the process first, then automate it with the right layer: Power Automate inside the Microsoft stack, n8n when you want a flexible engine with AI steps and no per-task pricing, Zapier or Make for quick wins your team can own. Integrations between CRM, ERP, e-commerce, marketing and finance are built through APIs, monitored and documented. And because support is where most manual work hides, we also set up helpdesks, knowledge bases and AI support agents that answer the repetitive questions around the clock.

// what's included

  • Power Automate, cloud and desktop

    Cloud flows for approvals and sync, desktop flows for legacy systems that only have a user interface, with error handling and monitoring.

  • n8n automations

    Self-hosted or cloud workflows, API and webhook integrations and AI-agent steps, for teams that want control without per-run costs.

  • Zapier and Make automations

    Fast no-code integrations across the apps you already use, with failure alerts and documentation so your team can own them.

  • System integration through APIs

    A reliable backbone between CRM, ERP, e-commerce, marketing and finance systems, with data mapping, monitoring and alerting.

  • Digitalisation of manual processes

    Paper, spreadsheets and email chains turned into digital forms, apps and automated workflows, prioritised by the hours they give back.

// customer service that runs itself

Support desks, knowledge bases and AI agents

Keeping customers after the sale is mostly process. We stand up the desk, write the knowledge base and add AI agents that resolve the common tickets, with a clean hand-off to your people for everything else.

  • 01

    Helpdesk and ticketing setup

    Channels, routing rules, service levels and canned replies on Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom, Gorgias or Dynamics 365 Customer Service.

  • 02

    AI support agents and chatbots

    Agents grounded in your own documentation that resolve repetitive questions 24/7 and hand the rest to a human, with guardrails and analytics.

  • 03

    Knowledge base and self-service

    A searchable help centre built from your real tickets, structured so customers, search engines and AI agents can all use it.

  • 04

    Omnichannel service on Dynamics 365

    Cases, queues, service levels, chat, voice and social on one platform, with Copilot assisting your agents.

  • 05

    Satisfaction, feedback and customer success

    Surveys, a closed feedback loop, onboarding flows and health scoring that reduce churn and create referrals.

// how we do it

How we do it, step by step.

Your tools connected and the repetitive admin running itself, on Microsoft, n8n, Zapier or Make.

  1. Map the process

    Who does what, in which tool, how often, and where the hours go. We start with the process on a whiteboard, not with a tool.

  2. Choose the right layer

    The parts with an API run in cloud flows, legacy screens get a desktop robot, complex or AI-heavy flows go to n8n, and simple glue goes to Zapier or Make.

  3. Build with error handling

    Retries, alerts and logs on every flow, and a human approval step wherever judgement matters, so an automation never silently fails.

  4. Monitor and measure

    Runs, failures and time saved are visible on a dashboard, so you know what the automation is actually giving back.

  5. Document and hand over

    Every workflow is documented and your team is trained to change it, because the goal is a business that runs itself, not one that depends on us.

// questions

Power Automate, n8n, Zapier or Make: which one is right for us?

If your business runs on Microsoft 365 and Dynamics, Power Automate is usually the natural fit. n8n suits teams that want a flexible, self-hostable engine with AI steps and no per-task pricing. Zapier and Make are the fastest way to connect popular SaaS apps and are easy for a non-technical team to own. We often combine them, and we recommend based on your stack and your budget, not on preference.

The task that costs the most hours and follows clear rules: lead routing and follow-ups, quotes and invoices, order confirmations, reminders, reporting. We audit your processes, estimate the hours each one costs and start with the highest return.

It tells you. Every flow we build has retries, alerts and a log, and a human step where a decision is needed. Failures land in a channel or an inbox with the context to fix them, and we monitor the critical flows.

No. Microsoft is one of our stacks, not the only one. We build the same automations on n8n, Zapier and Make, and we integrate Google Workspace, HubSpot, Shopify, Zendesk and most tools with an API.

Yes. That is the core of the integration service: orders, customers, invoices and stock flowing between CRM, ERP, e-commerce and finance systems through APIs or an integration platform, with monitoring so nothing goes out of sync silently.

Yes, for the repetitive questions. We mine your top tickets, ground the agent on your own documentation and automate the high-volume intents first, always with a hand-off to a person. We measure how many questions it resolves and how satisfied customers are before expanding its scope.

There is a setup cost for the design and build, plus the platform fees: Zapier and Make charge per task, Power Automate is licensed per user or per flow, and a self-hosted n8n has hosting costs but no per-run fees. We put both the build price and the expected running costs in the proposal so there are no surprises.

Zapier and Make automations can be live in days, Power Automate flows and small n8n workflows in a few weeks, and larger integrations between core systems take longer because they need testing and data mapping. The plan gives you the timeline per workflow.
